Running clothes are the endurance athlete's uniform. Running clothes are as much a part of health and well being as stretching and proper diet. Every activity in life requires its own uniform. There are a few things to keep in mind when shopping for running gear. First and foremost is practicality. Don't be fooled into buying low-quality running clothes. You need clothes that are lightweight and comfortable.
